This firm was born out of the needs of frustrated executives who found themselves not able to secure the jobs for which they felt qualified.

  • Some of them were in career transition from layoffs.
  • Others were fired from jobs they did not fit.
  • Some were simply in jobs they did not love.

Although advice from friends and the Internet were abundant, they found themselves “stuck” and in need of a deeper probe.

Many of them first reached out to Pat O’Donnell in her role as a well-regarded recruiter and discovered her expertise and connections went well beyond recruiting.
