Class structure
- O’Donnell Executive Strategies’ groups are:
- limited to 12 or fewer people
- matched in skill level and/or background whenever possible to make the training most relevant to all attendees
- We make time for lots of questions and advice tailored to individual backgrounds.
- In longer classes, we use multiple facilitators and media to keep the momentum going and appeal to varied learning styles.
- Workshops are available in 2-hour to 21-hour formats, tailored to different sophistication levels.
- Class location is flexible and can be your site, particularly when executives are phasing out of current responsibilities.
Content for a typical 2-day program includes:
