Class structure

  • O’Donnell Executive Strategies’ groups are:
    • limited to 12 or fewer people
    • matched in skill level and/or background whenever possible to make the training most relevant to all attendees
  • We make time for lots of questions and advice tailored to individual backgrounds.
  • In longer classes, we use multiple facilitators and media to keep the momentum going and appeal to varied learning styles.
  • Workshops are available in 2-hour to 21-hour formats, tailored to different sophistication levels.
  • Class location is flexible and can be your site, particularly when executives are phasing out of current responsibilities.
