Support Teams

We have had great success providing access to and facilitating “Personal Board of Directors” meetings for our individual clients who sign up with us for year-long coaching programs. The teams are kept to 4-6 clients, some of whom are working and some of whom are not.

We now offer the same service to corporations who send us teams of outplaced executives. The teams (which can be restricted to your own employees) provide support for each other in:

• Performance monitoring
• Maintaining emotional momentum in the search process
• Discussing business objectives
• Expanding options
• Sharing of networking and job leads
• Research resources
• Consulting and entrepreneurial options

These meetings are facilitated by O’Donnell Executive Strategies and can be conducted:

• in-person on your site
• or remotely through WebEx internet teleconferencing, with document sharing by any party

We recommend:

• one 2-3 hour meeting per week
• no fewer than 6 meetings
