Using O’Donnell Executive Strategies and having a group of peer executives as advisors is as helpful during employment as it is when you are in career transition.

To fully satisfy our executives’ needs, we created a 12-month package that provides opportunities for regular discussions of business strategy in two environments:

• one-to-one coaching with Pat O’Donnell for two hours per month (or on some other regularly scheduled basis) totaling 24 hours per year.
• access to a private group of your peers (and our clients) who will act as your personal advisors – in exchange for you doing the same for them.
  • The Executive Board has its own private, moderated digital forum site with tips, white-papers, job leads, and recommended reading to enable its members to stay on top of cutting-edge information and trends crucial to their career growth.
  • You will become well acquainted with each other’s business objectives, strengths, and needs over the long term, which will enable all members of the group to reap benefits beyond what can be accomplished in most networking groups. These sustained relationships have proven to be quite successful at generating ideas and connections to grow your business and your career.
  • There will also be in-person networking events, with occasional guest speakers.
