To fully satisfy our executives’ needs, we created a 12-month package that provides opportunities for regular discussions of business strategy in two environments:

• one-to-one coaching with Pat O’Donnell for two hours per month (or on some other regularly scheduled basis) totaling 24 hours per year
• access to a Board of Directors comprised of 4-6 peers (who are also our clients) for 2 hours per quarter
  • These meetings are rather popular and have proven to be quite successful at generating ideas about how to grow your business or your career.
  • You meet with the same team for the long term and become well acquainted with each other’s business objectives and needs.
  • Meetings are virtual and hence easy to attend and arrange.
  • Web-based software provides a group teleconference and sharing of documents.
  • O’Donnell Executive Strategies facilitates the events.
